MONTHLY BILL PAY SERVICES
Piascik and Associates offers monthly bill management services for our clients.
Bill Pay Login
Our bill paying management services provides you with the following:
Names and account number of all bills which Piascik and Associates, Inc. will be paying.
Initial deposit into a separate bill paying checking account, and subsequent monthly deposits through automatic deposit or by transfer of funds.
Signed limited power of attorney, giving your consent for Piascik and Associates to make payments from your bank checking account.
A monthly fee of $950 for up to two homes.
Piascik and Associates will facilitate the completion of the above items, and will provide you with:
A cash flow calculation to establish the amount of cash needed on a monthly basis;
All forms necessary for changing the mailing addresses on your bills. Piascik and Associates will make the address changes with the
vendors so that all bills will automatically be delivered to us each month;
A limited power of attorney for your signature;
A signature card and bank information for establishing a new checking account to be used for bill paying;
Once Piascik and Associates begins paying your bills, we will then provide you with the following on a regular basis:
Your original bills returned;
A monthly register of your checks and deposits;
A monthly categorized listing of your expenses;
A year-to-date statement of all your expenses;
At the end of the year, Piascik and Associates will additionally provide you with a year-end report summary for tax preparation purposes.
For your convenience, you may also view your account online through our secured website. When viewing your account online, you will be able
to see the check register showing you the check date, check number, vendor name, the amount of the check being paid as well as the balance at
any given time. You will also see any items that are coming up for payment.
